I had a great visit! I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years and since then the operation had changed hands. This is the first time in many years that the dental hygienist didn't stab my gums to make them bleed and tell me that I needed a gum graft. She was personable and friendly. The new to me dentist was also very pleasant. Also this is the first time I have been told I did not have cavities. The doctor looked over my X-rays and did a thorough exam and said I had no cavities! The last dentist told me I had 2 and I never got them filled. Hmmm. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I’ve always struggled with dental anxiety, but they were so kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire visit. The dentist explained everything clearly and checked in with me often to make sure I was doing okay. I never felt rushed or judged — just genuinely cared for. For the first time in a long time, I left a dental appointment without feeling stressed or overwhelmed. I knew Dr. Richard Ma when he practiced in Worcester. He did 3 crowns for me in the past. I liked him so much that I searched for him when he left his prior situation. I felt Dr. Ma truly cared about my needs and takes pride in his work. I like his new assistant Katie and i found the office manager Alex to be very patient and honest. I 100% recommend this practice.

Dr. Ma and team are excellent. I came in for a crown that came loose. The hygienist and Dr. Ma were so caring and explained everything. If you are looking for a new dentist a highly recommended Holden Dental. Alex at the front desk also fit me in-very nice!

Love the new dentist. Dr Hu The front desk staff (Tracey and Alex) are also so warm. Professional and friendly! First time getting a cleaning from the doctor so he gets to know all his patients. I was totally impressed with my visit. 🌺🌼🌸
