Sundance Dental Care

Had my very first visit today and I must say, I was handled with care, kindness, and consideration!.. The atmosphere was calming, inviting, and positive. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and made me laugh. The doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, and precise!... Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 but I think i just might love it here!..

I've been to several dentists in the Phoenix area, and I've liked them to varying degrees. However, none have made me feel better cared for than Sundance Dental. Dr. Schaffer is phenomenal at her craft and has patiently repaired multiple problems I've acquired over the years. They provide the best customer service, prioritizing the work that needs to be done and working within the nightmare of healthcare; I can't thank Frank enough for everything he's done. Their hygienists and assistants are professional and very good at what they do, and I never feel rushed or overlooked. I do NOT like going to the dentist (which has led to issues over the years), but with Sundance I have stopped avoiding the work that needs to be done and am much happier for it. I've been coming here for over 15 years and the staff is always so welcoming. The appointments are quick and the facility is clean. Really nothing to complain about. If your insurance covers it, I'd 10/10 recommend coming to this dentist office.

I’m very thankful I found such a wonderful dental office. The customer service was amazing, and the staff was very informative. Although today was my first visit, I truly appreciate when an establishment shows both competence and genuine care for its patients.

This was a great dentist appointment, staff was very friendly and I was taken to the office quickly so there was no waiting around. I was also able to get my cleaning done on the same day. 10/10 experience
