There is a reason most reviews here are good. Pointing out their shortcomings will lead to you being discharged as a patient! But they will be doing you a favor. They have a nurse who will falsify triage info, rather than do her job. Once you catch her in the act, it ruins trust. And, it would be a nightmare to be alone in an exam room with her, ever again! If you must go, make sure you get the young nurse and not the bitter old lady who clearly chose the wrong profession.

I love Dr Baker and this office. Julie, up front, can seem curt and uncaring at times, if you have an issue. But Dr Bakers nurse is the reason for this review. Julie wasn't even there, and I was so glad to see a fresh kind face, behind the glass window. All was well. I was retrieved from the waiting room and taken to be weighed. Then, I went to the exam room and my doctor's nurse came in and sat down at the computer and started typing. I began lamenting about losing my insurance and just how fearful I am about this ridiculous terrifying time that we're all living in. And she just typed away and never once even turned towards me. This is Dr Baker's nurse with short, grey hair and glasses. She is an older to middle-aged woman. She seemed to agree with me about the absurdity of our government

Techs and cooks aren’t reliable they don’t get you want you need on time and they refuses to wash clothes when you ask even if you have wash days they don’t let you know. They aren’t always there when you need them and they won’t let you make phone calls until 5 days of being there

I absolutely hate going to the Dr, especially now during the pandemic. I recently had to go in person and decided to use the Summit Medical location closest to me. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and was taken back within 5-8 minutes. The nurse I had was beyond sweet and talkative, you can tell she really enjoys her job. When the Dr. came in, he was very polite and informative. Overall, I would recommend this office! Between the cleanliness of the office, very little wait time and beyond nice staff. I give Summit Medical 5 stars and plan on returning if the need arises!

This was one of the most friendly experiences I've ever had in any service profession. Starting with a phone call, the person was very cheerful and welcomed my circumstances. She happily explained things to me and helped me get an appointment quickly. When I arrived for my appointment, I received the same pleasant hospitality from the person with whom I spoke on the phone. She was empathetic to me not feeling well, and her joyful interaction with other office staff and me put me in a good mood. The nurse that took my vitals and information was equally as cheerful and seemed to love her job, which she performed with grace, good-hearted sarcasm, and professionalism. The PA I saw clearly explained things to me, and appeared to put a lot of thought in the treatment plan, instead of viewing
