If you don't know the questions to ask they won't give you answers. They are great if you want your drugs delivered, a nurse to come once in a while, their staffing agencies are iffy at best. Don't expect help into long care facility, there are A LOT of hoops to jump through they don't tell you about until late in the game "IF YOU ASK". Know the process and ask questions.

If you really love your parents, don't enroll them in this program. My mother's health deteriorated quickly, under their "care". They'll tell you anything to get you to sign. They only care about billing insurance and the money.
