HORRIBLE. very dismissive and my mom has dislocated her shoulder numerous times and has been here before because of it. could hear them yelling at her down the hallway because she said she couldn’t move because of how badly it hurt. Overall very rude staff, didn’t treat us timely in any way, shape, or form. took forever to help us & made her overall feel “crazy” for how she felt. she told them her pain was an 11/10 and they played it off as though because they couldn’t SEE any injury, nothing was wrong. will never come back!!

No better than a minute clinic. This hospital is limited in many areas as far as equipment goes. You can however, get an entire battery of x-rays for them to usually just tell you it's inflamation and no recommendation on the pain you're having except, "have a good day." I would say you shouldn't go there for emergencies unless you're dying. They will just ambulance you to Akron General.. which is well, heroin city right now. At Akron you'll wait for methadone patients to be seen first. In any case, I would recommend Summa My Chart online and you can just send a message to your doctor requesting what you need and usually a doctor will call in scrips or give you advice as to if you need to be seen.

Worst experience I've had with a doctor ever. Lacked compassion and empathy. Like talking to a robot who cared zero about my symptoms. I was having issues chewing, swallowing, and my face and tongue were visibly swollen. When I explained my symptoms he said I " backed him into a corner" since my glands are swollen and this may be life threatening but he was sure i just have a virus and now I'm going to pay a lot of money" got me a CT scan that I " forced" him to do by "backing him into a corner", then proceeded to say everything was clear and I was fine from my CT, word for word. His words "like I said, it's just a virus and everything's clear" and then I read that I had a 3mm stone in my salivary duct and i said " I don't have a stone in my salivary duct" and he said "what?" And I sarcas

Nice ER nurse and Er Doctor, listen to my concerns... better than some Cleveland clinic ER! Radiology was great also..wait time was 5 minutes... Very nice staff here, IV been coming here for years.. Wadsworth Ohio location

Absolutely horrific, took my fiancee in to get checked after she fainted and hit her head. They took her vitals said she was fine and to drink water. DIDNT EVEN CHECK HER HEAD!!! We don’t have health insurance so now we would have to go through another admission to get that checked as well. How do you not take it serious when someone says they hit there head??????
