Great Oaks Dental Care

My first visit, I was greeted by a friendly staff in a warm setting in the office. Everyone was so nice and I felt comfortable there. The x-ray technician even let me tell her two jokes that she could tell her children. I would recommend them.

I’m always nervous coming to the Dentist. They were able to keep me calm and tell me every step of the procedure. They also were very polite and caring. I’ve been to other Dentist offices and they didn’t care to put me at ease. I’m very thankful they fixed the issue with my tooth. They are very professional and have such care for their patients.

I am very fearful of going to the dentist. I had to schedule an emergency visit here due to a baby tooth (yes! I still have one lol) causing me issues! I was comforted immediately and offered options to soothe me throughout the whole process. I was able to get my issue handled same day, and schedule future appointments! I am so happy to find a dental office that cares about everything from start to finish!

Wendy with Great Oaks is exceptional. She is very gentle during my cleanings. She provides valuable information regarding my dental health and has a calming demeanor. I specifically request her for my dental cleanings.

Would NOT recommend going here for your dental needs. Went in for my first visit (a basic cleaning) and was asked if I wanted fluoride paste put on my teeth after the cleaning. This being my first visit there, I was unaware of the additional cost, as I was never told. Proceeded to check out after I was done & they stated I had a balance due to the fluoride addition. I let them know that I didn’t ask for anything additional to what the basic cleaning covered. She stated she would still submit to insurance. Insurance denied and Great Oaks sent me an invoice in the mail. I called to address it & she said that she couldn’t confirm nor deny what the hygienist told me in regards to the cost of the fluoride and there was nothing they could do for my balance. “If I didn’t pay it immediately, it w
