Giant Eagle Pharmacy

Our doctor sent a prescription to Giant Eagle Wadsworth, but because the GE pharmacist was not part of the decision-making process with the doctor and us, they denied it. It wasn’t until we demanded they fill the prescription that they did it. Very unprofessional.

My order was ready. But I made the mistake of picking it up at the counter in person. they spent 15 minutes with one person. I was the only person in line. I watched them service 4/5 cars. As I stood there waiting and had a line start forming behind me. Everyone walked at snails pace. On one offered to step in and get my prescription.

I have always received good customer service at this pharmacy, but what follows is a description of my most recent visit. I called the pharmacy to make sure they had received the new prescription from my vet. The tech on the phone said had received it and should be able to fill it the same day. I said that's great because my dog was completely out of his meds, and the tech said I would receive a text when the script was ready. Within 5 minutes, I received a text that the script was ready, and my dog and I went to the drive-thru to pick it up. We did have to wait in line, but the wait wasn't bad. Dorthea waited on me. She was very friendly and even talked to my dog and gave him a treat!

Went in Saturday to pick up 2 prescriptions. One was ready and the other was backlogged. Was told that the shipment was coming Monday by the pharmacist then called Monday and was told it was back logged and they have no idea when it will come in. I could of figured something out if I wasn't lied to on Saturday

Always have a good experience here. With having my mom and my mother in law getting prescriptions here plus my husband and I they always check to see if anyone else has anything ready. Which makes my life a little easier. I am so grateful. Thank you all!
