I can't recommend Suburban Dental enough! I was referred to them for an oral appliance for my Sleep Apnea and from the first moment they made the process simple, easy and made me feel very comfortable. Each step and the entire process is explained in a great way and any and all questions are answered! The staff is AMAZING and extremely welcoming. Dr Nguyen and her support staff are incredible and will put any worries you have at ease. THIS is the place to go for anyone who needs help with their sleep apnea.

I have been working with Suburban Medical Dental for over a year. I was diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea and had opted to use a Mandibular Device (almost like a retainer) to assist me. Dr. Nguyen came, highly, recommended by my ENT. She and her staff were professional and courteous. They helped me manage very challenging insurance hurdles to make sure they could get my services covered by my medical insurance. I know that Tina worked very diligently to accomplish what was a protracted and frustrating situation. Dr. Nguyen knows what she is doing! Suburban Dental Medicine, Dr Nguyen and all her staff are not a 5 star… they are the only stars of dental and sleep apnea. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and insomnia so my search began to locate a Dental office that accepted Medicare for the mouth appliance that was recommended for my level of need. My husband always accompanies me on all my appointments as I have significant hearing loss. He has had sleep apnea for years. My first visit with Dr Nguyen was life changing for both of us. I was under the impression that my sleep apnea was very low, therefore, not that significant but I needed to address to improve my sleep. WRONG! I found Suburban dental because I was looking for a new dentist and being that Dr Rubina specialized in sleep medicine it seemed like a good fit. I was having issues and was recently diagnosed with severe apnea. After getting a few fillings repaired and some cleanings I moved forward with the oral appliance. It is the best thing that ever happened to me. Everyone at the practice is kind and accommodating. Tina actually switched the billing for me on the appliance to go through after Jan1 so I wouldn't lose the payment towards my deductible right at the end of the year.

At first I was really happy with the practice and dental services offered, the office is very clean and kept well. Unfortunately I will have to switch doctors due to a couple of observations I have made since coming here for the past two years. The very first observation, my first retainer broke not even a month after purchasing, I paid for a brand new retainer and they told me the lab could fix the first one I paid free of charge, I NEVER got a call telling me I could pick it up. Second observation, Since I started coming here, the receptionist here has always been rude and always seems upset with everyone. I have called twice to see what is going on with my insurance, and what my co-pay will be and to find out when I can schedule my deep cleaning, but I still have not heard back from her
