Dr. Pamela Stroman is great! She’s attentive, takes her time and actually listens to your concerns! She will go the extra mile to try and get you the answers you need! I never have to wait more than a few minutes after checking in! I really appreciate that they are considerate with their patients time! Nothing is perfect and yes the staff (probably one in particular) could be a bit more friendly but I’m not there to see her! I get checked in and the rest is easy peasy! I don’t think I’ll ever change PCP!

I love the services there. Once im in and getting seen its amazing. And so worth it. Starting with Brittany in the front. Warm and welcoming and a great person to laugh with. Then there’s Cristina, Bea and Angie who are just as caring as Brittany. That team is just beyond amazing and honestly the reasons why I keep going back. It's not just services I need and want but they truly care and pay attention to our needs as individuals. I see and feel alot of good things about this place.

The doctor is good but the staff is lazy, take so long to send refills or do not sent them at all, gives you attitude, and is very rude. They tend to leave you in the line waiting and never coming back. There needs to be a manager or someone to put some order in that office; you do not go to work to "make friends" and not hold them accountable for the work they are supposed to be doing. I read alot of the reviews and wonder why nothing is done about it, maybe the doctor does not care their business is being affected by a bad staff.

Don't go here if you're actually looking for health care. They don't care about your health. They don't return calls. The grumpy old lady that answers the phone should not be allowed to work in the medical field. Their workers are a reflection of their leaders. Misery loves company.

Amazing doctors and amazing staff they answered my every question. Super friendly I felt taken care of. I look foward to continuing my visits here.
