Strive Compounding Pharmacy

Would not give me pricing. I have been on the same medication for 3 years. I'm not going to waste my doctors time sending a prescription to a company that is not transparent.

This pharmacy has developed terrible customer service. I have used them before and didn't have a problem. They bought the pharmacy I was using in San Antonio. I got two prescriptions filled by them and it was fairly easy. I changed providers and she sent in a prescription for me. Today is 31 days and they still don't have the process started. They keep telling her they are working on it. They are telling me the same thing. They said there is paperwork for her to complete to become a member of their registered pharmacists? My last doctor had to do no such thing. My provider patiently filled out the paper work and has been in contact with them 4 times. I have written them 5 times. The last response I got was we have nothing on file for you. Horrible. I do NOT recommend Strive pharmacy. No-on

I ordered Tirzepatide/B12/Glycine through Lavendar Sky and Strive Pharmacy made the compound. I had an adverse effect the very next day after the shot (heart palpitations), which turned out to be PVCs for the first time in my life. I am using Metoprolol to treat them now. Please do not use compounds for GLP-1s! They are not regulated or safe. Not worth it.

My son gets his medicine compound here. They are nice and understanding. The only thing is that I feel like I have to call every time just to see the status. When I called this past Friday the lady said they got the prescription. I asked if she knew how much it would be she didn't know yet and they won't start working on it till I give them the payment. I never received a notification that strive pharmacy has it and is working on it. I feel like I have to call again today to see if I can hurry up and pay so they can hopefully get it to me by the end of this week because my son will be all out of his meds by this Saturday and they are closed on the weekends. My son takes a steroid and I'm a little afraid if he misses one dose.

Excellent communication skills, courteous, resolved problem and extremely helpful. She added a comment in Attention line of address so the package will be delivered at accurate destination!
