The customer service rep JOSH is horrible. They need better training because the service ALONE is enough to never ever want to purchase any product from this company ever again. HE WAS CONDESENDING, UNCLEAR AND DID NOT PROVIDE accurate information. We were given an amount that would be charged for an EXCHANGE order. He asked for me to confirm that last 4 of our CC. I went to get the card, I came back and asked "what is the amount going to be?" I was given the amount and then asked " refund will be processed when you get the product we are exchanging correct" while still on the phone confirming all the details (YET TO CONFIRM THE LAST 4 OF A CC) we get a text saying our card was charge 1k MORE than the original amount we were going to get charge. Terrible Customer Service. I am trying to place an implant order. It has been over an hour and the call has been "disconnected" 3 times. Fourth time calling back and asked for a supervisor. So far, I have been on hold again for 15 minutes. Ridiculous!!

This company's customer service has gotten into the lower level because they laid off all their experience representatives in the US. And replaced them with a bunch of rookies in Costa Rica for cheap labor.
