Letourneau's Pharmacy

Before today, I had no idea about the full range of services provided by Letourneau’s Compounding Pharmacy in Andover. After my father was discharged from rehab last night, he had an extremely difficult time sleeping because his bed at home wasn’t suitable for his needs. I was scrambling to find a hospital-style bed that could be delivered the same day. I happened to call Letourneau’s Pharmacy and spoke with Dan, who was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful. His level of customer service should truly be a model for others. I called at 12:00 PM, and by 2:30 PM, a hospital bed was delivered and set up at my father’s home — fitting all of his needs perfectly. That kind of responsiveness is simply incredible. The delivery team was equally professional, well-trained, and accommodating.

Awesome experience with Letourneau’s. Stephen was so helpful when picking out a recliner for after my surgery. When my wife contacted them to let them know I was being released and needed the chair delivered early, they were so accommodating. The guys that delivered the chair were polite and respectful, and did a great job explaining the different functions of the chair and remote. The chair itself was in perfect condition and super clean. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness I need more than 5 stars to describe how amazing this store is. From the moment I walked into the store to look at power lift chairs to the moment that fabulous chair was delivered to my home, every single person from Letourneau’s made every moment of my experience far better than I could have imagined. Steven (in store) helped me look at a variety of chairs with such compassion, knowledge and space for me to really understand the best decision for me. He continued to be an invaluable resource after I went home to really think about getting this chair. Zero pressure and continued support from Steven was with me the whole way. A rented recliner, which looked quite new, was delivered on time. The delivery crew were very pleasant and efficient. They set the chair in place, wiped it down, and explained its operation. I am happy to have found the rental side of Letourneau's Pharmacy!

My electric wheelchair broke which I purchased in New Jersey. Letourneau’s resolved my problem expeditiously and professionally. I strongly recommend Letourneaus for anyone needing medical equipment. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them wholeheartedly!!
