Love the people and the office is immaculate. I’m conscientious of infection control protocols and I feel very comfortable. Dr Chen listens and takes the time to communicate with us about our son’s treatment plan. Also, she is a very kind in the way she interacts with our son. Front desk are very accommodating and have a positive demeanor. We are very happy we choose this office for our son’s orthodontic journey.

I'm an orthodontist in Brooklyn, New York. I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Chan & Chen Orthodontics. They saw one of my patients who was traveling on an emergency basis and they called me afterwards to let me know. They went above and beyond. That is the very height of professionalism and courtesy. If they take care of other doctor's patients so well then I have no doubt that they provide exemplary, high quality, and warm care to their own patients of records. Seriously, this is the brightest green light and sign of empathetic care that I can possibly give from one orthodontist to another.

I called this clinic to schedule an appointment for my daughter and clearly explained that I am a self-pay patient looking to change doctors. They accepted the appointment without any issues. However, after waiting for over an hour at the clinic, the doctor finally came in only to say, "I checked the X-ray, everything is great, and you should continue with your current doctor." That was it. No clear explanation, and no valid reason for refusing to accept my daughter as a new patient. I left the clinic confused and frustrated, especially after wasting time and waiting so long without being informed earlier. If they had no intention of accepting us as a new patient, why schedule the appointment in the first place? Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism.

While I never cared for looks, the constant after effects, bad bite, jaw pain were part of my life. My concern was having better teeth, health and fear of deterioration at a later age.
