Stop & Shop Pharmacy

Excellent customer service. Fred and his entire team really went above and beyond to make sure I had my meds. With insurance issues and transfer problems, Fred really worked at getting everything fixed so I was able to get my medication the same day. It took a lot of time but they all did their best for me and worked it all out. I have to say, I've never been treated so kindly by any staff in any of the other pharmacies I've been to especially if I had a problem. I am so happy I switched to Stop & Shop pharmacy.

Have been going here for a number of years -- started out okay, but then personnel and attitudes changed and I am forced to take my prescription needs elsewhere. The major issue I have had to tolerate is the Arrogant and Obnoxious attitude of one of the Pharmacists (Joe) totally disrespectful in his manner in speaking to Customers -- and then there's one of the female employees who also answers the phone on occasion -- Same pompous and arrogant demeanor -- On 04/05/2021 was the last straw -- I'll be transferring all my prescriptions to CVS. I've had it with being disrespected when asking a question or making a medication inquiry.

I have had prescriptions brought out to my car before at the pickup when I was too sick to go inside. Normally I do go in. I was just released from the hospital with full blown covid 19 burning up, coughing, and highly contagious. I needed the covid medication from phyzer the hospital called in. I'm elderly and disabled and live alone. The girl refused to bring it out. I was forced to go inside. Guess your employees have no regard for the lives of others. How sad.

Melanie and Sage run the bakery with so much kindness and efficiency. I always get every cake there for every occasion. Thank you both so much for every ounce of delicious ness. No party is complete without a cake made by Melanie and Sage.

In a time of socialist style supermarkets Lidl, Aldi limited selection (compare to venezulen supermarkets) coming to Mastic. This Stop & Shop is my safe haven always stocked, Great pricing & is what America is about Freedom to choose. Dont change, they took Best yet supermarket.
