CityMD Shirley Urgent Care - Long Island

I became very sick just before Christmas '25 and I had to visit this location around 6pm on a Friday evening. Although there was about a 45 minute wait because it was very busy, all the staff I delt with were very friendly. From the front desk to the nurse, to the doctor. Quick services, easy testing, and recommendations from the doc made my weekend a lot easier to get through while I was sick. Thank you very much to all the staff and I would Definitely recommend.

A friend was having an issue with his catheter, mD365 and Northwell Health said no they don’t handle that. Do I called here and got Kendra on the phone. Her response was the doctor has to review the situation and will handle it, and became rude when I asked to confirm if they would replace it if necessary. So he went over there. He goes in and is told oh no we don’t handle that. I called back to complain about the attitude I got. I was told we can’t say over the phone we can’t replace catheters. So hey waste time, come over maybe go in to speak to doctor and has us bill your insurance and pay a copay and be told you can’t do it. Are you kidding me? Md365 and Northwell Health was able to tell me on the phone. Maybe your offices should do the same. I would never use your services and recomme

I am extremely dissatisfied with the front-end service I received during my visit this evening. As is standard, I was asked to provide my copay prior to my child being seen. I have visited this location several times in the past and have never experienced an issue paying my copay, nor do I have any outstanding balance. On this occasion, I only had cash available. I was informed that no change could be made at that time (approximately 6:00 p.m.). When I asked to be billed instead, my request was refused. I then asked to speak with a manager. The individual who responded was dismissive, rude, and accused me of being dishonest. There was a complete lack of concern or empathy for the fact that my child was ill and awaiting care. The girls at the front desk are always sweet and helpful. I usually come with my young son & daughter and my daughter is always nervous and emotional & they are so sweet and sympathetic to her. Always a great experience during hard sick times

I don't leave reviews often but the staff here are incredible. They are kind, compassionate and truly care. The front desk staff, medical assistant and Dr were so friendly and truly made me feel cared for. I highly recommend!
