** orthodontist side Front desk staff absolutely suck and rude and do not know how talk to people my daughter keeps having gum swollen with her braces and no one can answer to why and front desk feels that they can talk to people any way and I was recommended by a friend and told me as well they don’t know how to talk to people and always have to put them in there place. The doctor’s office is there to help children. They need to know how to communicate properly. But I actually can do their jobs I will not take anybody disrespecting me nor my child

My 2 year old had his first appointment here today. While I have no complaints about the staff or office as the experience was perfectly fine and staff were all friendly, I was disappointed to learn that this office is not handicap accessible. While my children and I do not have mobility disabilities, I did not know until arriving that the building would not be accessible for a stroller (which I brought for my infant who had to attend with us). While I will still be able to attend future appointments, had myself or my child been in a wheelchair, there would have been no way for us to access this office. Staff were kind enough to assist me in getting my stroller up the handful of stairs, however I would imagine this to be quite an inappropriate solution should it have been a person with a m

I wish I can give them no stars but it’s OK so my son had an appointment for the 24th at 11:30 in the morning and when I made this appointment, My Son‘s Case manager was there when I made the call and the lady saying oh no, he didn’t have an appointment blah blah blah. I’m like really my son‘s Case manager was there when I made the appointment So basically at the end of the day, she’s calling me and My Son’s Case manager a liar when I write everything down when it comes to appointments with me with College anything My Son score anything I write everything down never miss it and this lady wants to call me a Liar I don’t think so ma’am Then she refuses to give me a manager tells me some whatever. Staff is beyond sweet and very patient I made the switch over from another dental office that was great but to far from my new home and I’m very pleased with the smooth transition, the professionalism, and the sweet staff that was so accommodating to my son and helped him to enjoy his most recent dental experience, they made a special effort to make him feel helpful and feel safe the entire visit.

Absolutely love this office! Every single person we’ve had has just been so amazing with my girls. Have been bringing them since they were 6 months old and they both love going! So friendly and helpful. Super clean, quick, friendly and great with little kids.
