My little baby daughter cat gamora had a back end problem. I took her to the veterinarian, Shirley hospital. Very loving, very sweet, very informative. What stood out the most... I don't think Trish saw my cat but when I called back with concerns about my visit. I spoke to Trish. She was very sweet. She was very patient and she was very informative and made my heart feel at ease. Thank you, Trish, and thank you, shirley animal hospital. With helping me with my baby.

Dr. Archer and his team at Shirley Veterinary Hospital and Healing Hands 4 Paws are the best of the best. I have been involved in dog rescue for years and have meet and worked with so many veterinarians from all over the world, but Dr. Archer and his staff are truly exceptional. Dr. Archer's genuine care of his patients shines through in everything he does. He personally spent so much time working with my senior golden retriever, Bailey, to make sure she was comfortable and getting all of therapies that she needed so that she could get stronger. Bailey was slow and nervous, but never once did Dr. Archer or anyone else rush her to keep on schedule. I am completely shocked and heartbroken by my experience at this clinic. I went there in a desperate, life-or-death situation trying to save a newborn puppy, while pregnant and already feeling vulnerable. Instead of compassion or support, I was treated with cruelty and pressure, made to feel terrified, trapped, and like a hostage for money. I left shaking, nauseous, and with my heart heavy from the way the staff and supervisor treated me. No one should ever be made to feel scared or threatened when they’re trying to help a helpless animal. The lack of empathy and kindness was shocking, and the emotional stress they caused me was unbearable. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. If you care about your pet—or your own well-being—please avoid this clinic.
