Stop & Shop Pharmacy

I have a chronic condition for which I take 2 medications. I had 3 days of medications left and one of them was out of refills. I called in to get an easy refill and found it was going to be a few days before I was able to get it refilled. (I had 5 doses left, so that's not good.) I panicked and called up to speak with the pharmacist. She was very kind and understanding of my situation. She said she could give me an emergency refill for 3 days and however long it took for my doctor to call in the order. I felt so much better after talking to her.

3 day runaround for a necessary prescription. Was told it wasn't in stock for several days, when the prescription had actually been filled and ready. Most recently, they finally told me that YES, it was ready, but they close in 15 minutes. I got there in 10, only to find them already locked up and gone home, with my pills sitting on the counter. Very poorly managed, I will not trust them with important medications any more.

These guys and gals have been super helpful ... many times. One example. When my dob go messed up by one day at insurer they kept me going while ins Co dithered. They know me by name. unlike old

Reliable pharmacists with great service, they recognize me before I even get to the counter and have my prescriptions ready!
