Armando was great. He was very informative and willing to explain all my concerns about my prescription. I’ve been using Stonegate pharmacy, compounding my Semaglutide, and now my Tirzepatide and I love them. They have always been efficient and providing my prescription in a timely manner right to my door in Fort Worth. I’ve never had any issues with my prescription or the effectiveness of my medication. Definitely will be using them for future prescriptions.

Anita’s customer service was stellar. I’ve had billing issues all 2024. Months to correct. I taught health med years ago. I had to talk an accounting person through the bill. Had to provide proof of the billing issues they have access too. I was told they were having sudden growth issues. I understand mistakes happen. How mistakes are handled is key. Many follow up calls required. It’s been over a year since last transaction. A new doctor called in a new prescription. I received a text that day asking for authorization to charge my card for med. I approved. Instructions for to follow status online. 6 days later nothing is showing online as received or processed. Paid on initial text 6 days ago. Today I called & spoke to friendly & knowledgeable Anita. I complimente

I’m new to the compound tirzepitide as I’ve always used the pens with Mounjaro and Zepbound, so I was nervous about it but after speaking with Stephanie at their Austin location, she reassured me and answered all my questions. Stonegate Pharmacy has been wonderful with filling my compounded medication! It is shipped quickly, packaged carefully, and delivered on time. Communication has been successful through texting, and I spoke with Anita on the phone today regarding changes to my prescription. She was knowledgeable, and willing to spend time answering my questions thoroughly. I appreciated her kindness and positive demeanor on the phone.
