I've been in and to many nursing homes in my life and with CNA students. There will always be people and places that are not sweet and not attentive, but in my experience, the staff (management, nurses and CNAs) have welcomed my students with open arms! We bring our kids to clinicals in many locations during the school year and this is the best and most supportive nursing home that we've ever been. I can't thank everyone enough for the support you've shown my kids! It keeps them wanting to come back. 💜

This place should be shut down! I only gave one star because I had to in order to post this review. They actually don't deserve that one star. My father was there for 1 week before he was back in the hospital with a broken hip due to several falls that took place at the nurses station (so I was told.) No one admitted they saw what happened, but they could say it was more than once. It is their job to make sure that residents do not fall. It is their job to make sure that they are safe and well taken care of! If they cant do that they should go do something else for a living! Also the directors job is to make sure the facility is run correctly. They did not call the ambulance nor did they give him any medical attention for 3 whole days. They just put him in the bed to suffer th

My husband entered the facility with late stage vascular/frontotemporal dementia and diabetic ketoacidosis almost a year ago in March. He passed away yesterday. Our experience with the facility and staff was good. The facility is kept clean and the rooms spotless. The food is simple but good and offers a good variety. My husband and I were treated well by the staff, who were very supportive. Yes, they are short staffed at times, but my husband received the attention that he needed. Our social worker there was amazing, and extremely helpful and informative. In the past year, I got to know the staff very well. The nursing staff was caring, compassionate, well informed, answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. They were like a second family to me during this difficult year. A

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM! If your loved one cannot speak and/or they are bedridden and cannot move around on their own - You would be signing their death certificate. I am not joking! This facility is always understaffed & the turn over rate is extremely high! The staff that shows up cannot take care of ALL the people on the floor. They do not have time to care for the resident. They do not bathe the residents often! AVOID this place at ALL cost! I had to call them too darn much and they will block your phone number! The director, Mr. Carter and his staff (Gail Moore, Director of Nursing & Roxanne Weaver) they do not return calls. You will be calling the state.

Wow where do I start ? First of all always understaffed, residents not getting bathe, don't care enough to make medical decisions for residents like refusing to go to dialysis, if you know this is what is keeping them alive, where do you as a nurse speaks up and say.......hey I know you might not feel up to it but this is what you gotta do,you need to go. How can a person who has had 2 strokes be in their right minds? They can't because it affects the brain each time. And when they don't go they always end up in the hospital everytime, Overall don't send your love ones there if you care anything about them.
