While I has a great experience with the NP, Kelly, after my appointment with her I received a script to go to radiology. I attended the follow-up as directed; but when I showed the kind Russian lady doing the ultrasound my Imaging Order, she told me I was nowhere in the system, even though the front desk had checked me in minutes before. I was eventually able to do the ultrasound after she saw other patients, but the following week I was told that I had not shown up at the appointment, which was clearly not true. Upon following up, they apparently have no records of the ultrasound, meaning I won't be getting results and they want me to go in again. And after being rerouted to 4 different operators I finally gave up; no medical records at all, no communication from the office, nothing. The

I think writing a review for a hospital or medical tracking service is pretty bizarre but sadly I’ve had a terrible experience. 1. They have multiple buildings and do not share with you which building to go to/the address on the confirmation is the wrong building 2. They have to confirm information with a phone call that takes a long time. You can go to them for a while and they ask you the same questions 3. The app frequently doesn’t work to make appointments (the calendar is greyed out) 4. When I called in to make an appointment I was told multiple times that my PCP who I’ve gone to before does not work at the hospital, therefore could not make an appointment. 5. When you go to a PCP then a specialist in the same network, they don’t have any information and you have to give it again. 6.

I'm not typically someone who leaves negative reviews, I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but St Elizabeths and Steward Medical Group as a whole have really disappointed me. I've been a part of the medical group since 2018 and I've been experiencing longer wait times, inability to get an appointment with my doctors no matter how flexible my schedule is and randomly canceled appointments. What pushed me to write this review is that my cardiology appointment was just cancelled on me for a third time in the past 4 months once again due to 'the doctor being sick'. I'm trying to be understanding but it seems a little far fetched that the doctor is sick every single time I have an appointment scheduled. The doctor was fine (late, but fine). What was not okay was the extra charge to the appointment because we discussed a small issue with my blood pressure. After calling their billing department (who hung up on me the first time I asked to be explained the extra charge) I was told they could do nothing and to call the doctor's office. Frustrating beyond belief. Only go here if it's a one time thing out of convenience.

I had surgery in April of 2021. I was told I owed a total of $600, however, the hospital decides to send me bills totaling $1,600. When providing dates they did not match the amount of dates sent to my insurance so what happened? It is now July and Steward tells me to pay or have it hit my credit. They will not give me emails evidencing that I am setting up a payment plan due to "hackers" so essentially I have to trust them that they're doing their job correctly when they have not done so since the first date of service. Unforgivable. I wish I could give negative stars or even a 0 Star review. I would honestly rather perform my own personal surgery than ever go here/through them again
