I had an excellent experience at this clinic. Both dentists are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain every step clearly. I recently had a root canal done, and the whole procedure was done with great care and precision. It was completely smooth and far less stressful than I expected. The staff is friendly, the clinic is clean, and I felt very well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I did not receive proper care, and my issue remained unresolved, which felt like a waste of time. Chestnut Dental once again saved me after that experience. Awesome clinic. The staff are so kind and the place is so clean and organized. Everything has been completely pain free. They were also the first dentists to ever tell me I may be grinding my teeth and have TMJ, which did end up being the case and was the cause of my chronic headaches. They’re super thorough and don’t rush with anything. I don’t even live in the area but I still go here because this is the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to.

I was initially pleased with my experience but that changed once I was told I needed a deep cleaning that insurance would pay for. After asking in a few different ways what the cost would be if insurance did not cover it, the team shared the cost for a portion of the cleaning. When insurance denied the claim, I was stuck with and $800 out of pocket bill. I should have requested a printed, itemized bill BEFORE granting permission for the work to be done. I advise anyone using this dental office to get printed out information for billing before you get service. The communication was very shady and when I confronted them about the information they told me being different from the actual cost, they had nothing to say.
