Olivia Johnson

Be prepared for eye rolls and passive aggressive behavior from Olivia when listing out your symptoms. Olivia took many weeks to send out a request for MRI while I was suffering from health conditions. Repeated phone calls to her office were ignored. She was unable to diagnose my issues. She was unwilling to take a look at the MRI scans herself. Ultimately after a few visits she was unable to determine the cause of my health issues and was cold and un-empathetic in the process. She ultimately agreed to refer me out to another (acutual) physician by I never received the referral from her office even after a couple of phone requests. I would definitely avoid this PA for wasting my time and wasting me and my health insurance's money.

Olivia is an excellent clinician! She asks detailed questions in order to understand your issues/problems, actively listens to your responses, and formulates a clear and concise care plan based on that information. She genuinely seeks to understand your issues/problems by considering all of the body systems, and in doing so spends a considerable amount of time during each visit. You never feel like Olivia is rushing you through the visit or something you have to say is unimportant. In short, Olivia demonstrates excellent bedside manner!

I’ve been seeing Olivia for a couple of years now. She’s extremely professional, empathetic and quick to help you with and solve any issues you may be experiencing. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to be their health care provider. Carolyn
