Dr. Nicholson is very personable and great at his work. I have been completely comfortable with him as a dentist. In the past I had such bad anxiety about dental appointments that I was literally shaking in the chair. Dr. Nicholson takes his time with each patient too. The office staff can be busy and on occasion I did have to make a 2nd call, but this is a very busy practice. Respect them and they will respect you. Very happy overall with this practice. Ty!

If I could give zero stars I would,I made an appt in March/ April of this year I had a cleaning that I waited unbelievably long at 4hours total. They said I had a cavity they couldn't give me an appointment until dec24 for the filling,they called me a few weeks later and rescheduled it until the end of February...which is insane. Than last week I got a phone call confirming my appointment for Dec 24,I explained that someone had called me and rescheduled this appt they said no it was never rescheduled. So I CANCELLED ANOTHER APPOINTMENT I HAD FOR TODAY.for this filling. I show up and they tell me the appt was for a cleaning. And I would have to reschedule for the filling AGAIN months ahead. So I'm suppose to wait over a year for a filling??? THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO

My visit was great, the hygienist, Samantha was very helpful and gentle and thorough. The dentist took forever to come in but they were busy so I get it. He was chatty and informative. That's where the good experience ends. His office staff is horrible. Absolutely no personality during check in, no personality while scheduling my tooth extraction or my follow up appointment. I've been trying to call them for weeks, WEEKS, to reschedule on of my appointments and no one answers. What's worse is they don't call back either.

I was a little unsure about this office at first because of some of the mixed reviews, but I ended up having a pretty good experience. I did have to wait a while after checking in, but once I was brought back, everything went smoothly. The dental hygienist, although it was her first day at this location, had over 20 years of experience. She was gentle, thorough, and made the cleaning process much more comfortable than I expected. She explained everything as she went. The doctor was also really nice, friendly, professional, and took a moment to make sure everything looked good without rushing through. The office was clean and organized, and everyone I interacted with was kind. Despite the wait, I’m glad I gave this place a shot and I’ll be returning in six months.

I have been going through the process of getting a set of dentures! Last 6 teeth pulled December 6, 2024!! January came in n just got a look at the healing THEN they sent out the request to my insurance for the dentures! Go back March 17, 2025 fire impressions… May 14th bite test! 3 THREE months later.. Today August 14th 2025 went in to try the dentures in wax. I “should not have been seen because my authorization from my insurance expired July 19, 2025” this is the reception desk’s fault!!! They scheduled the appointment not looking at my files n did not request an extension on the authorization n now here I am.. no appointment to GET the finished denture!! Another month to wait for the authorization from my insurance and then who knows how long till I actually get the dentures!!! Dr Nico
