Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Hazle Township

I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with the overall appointment. As an MD myself with dermatopathology background, I was a bit apprehensive to deal with a PA as my initial contact, but I was impressed. The front office staff were pleasant and helpful, the environment was clean and comfortable, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Nick A, the PA, was extremely pleasant and very competent. He was very professional but also very personable. The entire process was seamless, including a quick biopsy and other treatments. It was quick but not rushed. I have no reservations recommending this practice. Great job, entire team!

Dr. Milstein is a great Dr. Very polite and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend. However, the PA’s they have had in the past were less than effective and even gave me incorrect information on several occasions that was contradicted by other doctors. The billing department kept sending me a bill for months saying I needed a referral when my insurance said I did not need a referral. And lastly, the wait could be hours just to get back to an exam room.

After waiting months to get an appointment, I was very upset and frustrated yesterday, when I checked in for my 12:05 appointment with Dr Milstein, only to find out he was 2 hrs behind schedule. With standing room only in the waiting room, I opted to cancel my appointment and leave. The office staff was kind, which is the only positive review I will give to this practice! This isnt the first time this has happened in this office but It will definitely be the last for me. I will no longer patronize a facility that has no regard or respect for what anyones' time is worth. In all fairness, there should be a no star option to leave an accurate review. Although the online app for new patients was faulty and I could not add secondary insurance information after five attempts. As a result I need resubmit all documents again in office. Everyone was efficient and polite. Explained procedures. I would recommend practice.

Great experience. Provider was very thorough. She took her time, addressed concerned area, and answered any questions i had. Office was clean. Front desk staff friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this facility.
