Wonderful experience it was my first time taking my daughter there and they were very thorough, Patient and helpful! Staff was warm and friendly upon arrival and all throughout…. PA was attentive and listened to all of my concerns and my daughters history. Highly recommend. I had zero wait time and was in and out in less than an hour.

I've been with this office for 6 years now, but it's time for change due to the unfriendly bedside manner of his staff. I absolutely love Dr. Childs himself, but every time I call the office to have my kid seen sooner rather than later, I always get put on hold for a lengthy period of time and end up playing phone tag. I feel like I'm being judged every visit by the staff. Just bad vibes in general and it's sad because he is such a beautiful soul himself and puts my mind at ease and tells me I can call him any time for any concern but when I try to, it's like trying to get into fort Knox. It's bittersweet, but I need to feel at ease when my child is ill or has an issue and know I could get my kid seen right away or get answers without feeling like a dummy.

Update : Ever since Dr Childs was about to retire. They have been hiring mean nurses to the kids. Now that they changed the name same thing. Nurses are just not patient to kids and doesn’t give that trusting environment a parent wants to take a kid to. After today with a encounter of a nurse being RUDE to my child because he was scared of a unplanned vaccine. Why apply to be a childs nurse if you can’t handle it. You are there to comfort the child not scare him. I do not recommend this place anymore. After the retirement the kids dont have a stable Dr either. They are all temporary on call. Its been 2 years now and haven’t found a Dr yet? Yea no. Past post: Dr Childs has been in our life for 13 years now and has and is wonderful. Since I moved to this town, I searched online for a pediatrician for my girl, and since I like to see the reviews, that place is one of the ones that has the most reviews, and I don't regret making the decision to bring my girl, the Nurses are very good and helpful and my daughter's pediatrician is very good. When my daughter got sick I called and they saw her the same day.

The world needs more doctors like Dr Childs. This man has a heart of gold, and has gone above and beyond for my girls over the years. And he still continues to do so. The staff is great as well, they treat us like we are the most important people ever. I don't think I can ever thanks this office enough for all the great thing they have done for my family. I could tell stories but it would take all day. Thanks you all for everything. We could only pray for more offices like this.....
