Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and works hard! They are always busy and always working!! Working with the public isn't easy, but they do a good job! The pharmacists are helpful and the wait time is usually fast for any last minute pick ups. Best pharmacy in town. Good for vaccines and booster shots.

I spoke with a very nice young lady named Nicole. She was very attentive and listened to every word I said regarding a RX I wanted to have sent to Giant pharmacy. She spoke to me with kindness and respect. She answered all my questions without any hesitation which assured me she is very much informed about the facts of the medication. I am sure the rest of your pharmacy staff is also informative and polite even though I haven't had any verbal çontact with them. When I do some grocery shopping there I see the customers walk away with a 😁!

Called to find out the process on transferring my prescriptions since I'm moving. The lady on the phone was very rude. After speaking to her, my prescription was mysteriously canceled without explanation and I now have to pay a free to get it refilled when I've never had to pay for that prescription in the past. They lied to me when I asked why the prescription was canceled saying it was because I took too long to pick it up. I was notified the prescription was filled and ready for pickup right before talking to the very rude worker. Unethical business practice.

Been through many trials with my newest prescriptions, and Nick Carsia is always on the ball. Beyond professional, and so knowledgeable. He will have a line in front of him and take his very time to make sure you have all the info you need, and are helped to such a high standard! Dude needs a raise, and a promotion!!! 👏
