Horrible. Im finally getting surgery that I needed 4+ years ago on my knee. Rather than referring me to an orthopedic dr Mrs Taylor sent me straight to physical therapy. The way her office coded the condition made my insurance company deem the therapy unnecessary so I (aka my family) footed the bill. The 'therapy' consisted of a young man looking up stretches/exercises on his phone and directing me to do them. At a rate of $400 per hour. Fast forward 4 years of pain management and down right suffering. Another dr ordered a mri that showed that the the 'pad' on the inside of my knee was gone and had been for years. Ive suffered for years because this person is bad at her job. Its just that simple.
