Dr. Hill and her staff are always great to work with. They always greet you with a smile and take the time to listen to your concerns. Dr. Hill has been very helpful in taking care of my concerns. I have always had really good experiences with her office.

Excellent service would’ve been 5 star but for a mix up with my appointment. Had me scheduled with a provider that no longer worked at this location. Then I had to wait longer than my appointment time. Other than the provider no one really apologized. I have been going here for some time so I was just a bit disappointed. Quality of care is very good as usual. I had seen the provider previously.

Great overall experience, took time and wants to help me see results. Very attentive, and great bedside manner. But very upfront and honest. Not just saying what you want to hear. Refreshing change.

Everyone were so nice.. Checking my nose out. And getting me into someone after Christmas 🎄 that maybe will have a better personality than last surgeon at Hickory. I am scared, but pray they can make the surgery painless as possible.

Gretchen Heggerick is one the friendliest and positive people I have ever met. She takes time with her patients and answers all questions patiently and without ever making you feel rushed! And I love that she never tries to push anything on you like procedures, products, etc. She is one of my most favorite medical professionals out there!
