They truly go above and beyond to help their patients. The office staff is wonderful and the audiologist are fantastic. After bringing my 86 year old Dad for hearing aids I knew I had found a great place that actually cares about their patients; what a rare find! I am well pleased with my Starkey in-the-ear hearing aids. They not only can be set to different hearing levels but they can be set to several tone levels, if you ask. The tone change can make as much difference as the hearing level.

Julia is the most patient and kind person in dealing with my 96 year-old mother, and treats her with respect. She is the ultimate professional, extremely knowledgeable about hearing loss problems, and is very honest about what can or can't be achieved with hearing aids. My mom loves her!
