Carolina Crossroads Dental Care

Took my 5 YO for his very first dental visit. He was feeling a little nervous and unsure! Alison - his Hygienist - made him feel right at ease. She explained things and gave him time to feel comfortable before performing any tasks!! His very first experience at the dentist with cleaning and X-rays was wonderful!! Two Big Thumbs up!! Thanks for providing such great care to our Big Guy!!

I had my first visit with Carolina Crossroads yesterday. I was very impressed from the moment I walked through the door. The front desk staff was warm & welcoming. The assistant who performed my x-rays was great, very gentle & informative. Dr. Spears is also amazing. She is very thorough & explains her findings. I'm thankful I found this office & happy to be their patient.

Had a awesome cleaning and dental hygienist educated me in how to ensure I keep flossing my teeth. And how important it was for my health of my daily living. She is a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10 thank you. New review on 12/31/2025 I had a temporary crown and it came out and they seen me the next day. Highly recommend Dr Spears and staff! Our ten year old has a huge fear of the dentist and walked out with a big smile on his face telling us how nice and gentle they all were!! Walked out with a new toothbrush and hopefully a less traumatic experience for our whole family when he realizes it’s appointment time 🙃

I love this office. Everyone is amazing. It’s clean and the staff makes sure you’re comfortable. I’ve been going to this office since 2017 and have never had anything less than a wonderful experience. Dr. Spears is quick, thorough, and kind. The hygienist, Alison is sweet, gentle, and does a great job. Tammy runs the front desk like a champ and is incredibly personable. I didn’t get to see Michelle this visit but I absolutely adore her. Michelle has always listened to my concerns with a sympathetic ear. I truly appreciate this office.
