I had a great experience. When they were having a hard time finding my insurance they did what they could to make sure my insurance would cover me. Then I was seen quickly and assessed fairly based on my concerns. After my exam I was ordering my glasses and the associate that assisted me was very kind and helpful in helping me get discounts. The customer service was amazing. As a person who has worked in customer service this place is top tier. Also my glasses will be in so much quicker than I could have imagined will be coming here in the future.

I had a great experience here. Amanda was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. They got me in and out quickly and I felt the whole process was smooth and easy. Would recommend to anyone and will use them for all eye related issues in the future.

I had such a great experience. Dr. Julie McGinnis checked my vision and let me tell you. She was kind, prompt, polite and knowledgeable. The front desk handled all the billing with my insurance. This experience was almost too easy. Definitely will be going back for my yearly check up. ☺️

Julie is always awesome! She is always cheerful, and tells you everything she's doing. Explains things and ask if you have any questions. I've always loved coming to see her . Her assistant is very pleasant also. I highly recommend their services.

This is the best experience I've ever had when getting an eye exam and selecting glasses. This was my first time at Walmart vision center and I'm definitely coming back, everyone was polite and very helpful. The doctor I'm sorry I forgot her name gave a very thorough eye exam.The other vision centers that I previously going to didn't even compare to the thoroughness that I received from the doctor. She did not rush me when I was selecting which vision charts best suited my eyesight. The other vision center that I used to go to Left me Go and didn't notify me for 28 months to come in for an eye exam. The day after I made the eye exam at Walmart vision the other vision center notified me I was due for an eye exam. The prices of frames are at least half of what I paid at the other place. The
