I had an MRI this morning and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. Emily at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and made the registration process quick and easy. Shortly after, Jerry the technician and Ray, RN, kindly escorted me to the holding room, making me feel comfortable right away. While walking through the department, I was pleasantly greeted by Dr. Duran, who took a moment to say hello. Ms. Brittany, who performed my MRI, was outstanding. She carefully explained the entire procedure, remained attentive throughout the exam, and continuously reassured me, even letting me know how much time remained so I could feel at ease. I was extremely happy with the care I received at STAT Specialty Hospital – Laredo North yesterday. I had been there previously with my son, and once again the experience was excellent. The staff was fast, professional, and very courteous from start to finish. Nurse Ernesto was especially outstanding—he was knowledgeable, competent, and took the time to explain everything he was doing, which really helped put me at ease. I truly felt well cared for and would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

Dr. Duran is an exceptional physician who truly cares about his patients. He has taken wonderful care of me and has also provided outstanding care for my daughter. From the very first visit, he made us feel comfortable, listened carefully to our concerns, and explained everything clearly. His bedside manner is excellent—kind, patient, and reassuring. Alondra was my nurse at STAT, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was kind, attentive, and made me feel safe and supported the entire time.
