Woke up this morning with a crazy rash on my face. Googled dermatology near me and went to this office site unseen. The staff was prefect ! Friendly and accommodating. Dr. Brisman was incredible. Amazing bedside manner. Asked me a couple questions about this possibly being some allergic reaction and she was very thorough. Wait time was absolutely appropriate for a walk in medical practice and I will 100% use her for all my skin care !! So happy to leave this review

I’m glad I had an appointment with Dr Stacey Brisman. You can tell she is very experienced and pleasant.

Needs to work on her bedside manner. I was a first time patient, now a last time patient. The wait time was more than an hour and fifteen minutes; time with the doctor was roughly 15 mins — she made it apparent that she couldn’t wait to get out of there. There are some doctors who build trust and ease from the get go — doctors who believe in building a relationship and a loyal patient — she had more of an assembly line mentality — “in and out. Next!”

Dr Brisman is extremely accommodating, friendly and speaks to you as family. She spends extra time with you and listens intently. I wish all of my doctors were like her. I highly recommend her!

Office staff is horribly rude. I waited weeks for an appointment and traveled 25 minutes for a full body check with dr brisman. When I got there they told me that I didn’t book a full body check but a problem check. I said I thought I booked a full body check. They said she can’t accommodate me bec I guess they only booked me for 10 minutes versus the 20 minutes for a body check. I couldn’t believe how rude the guy on the phone was. He would not budge! I will never go to walk in dermatology again and the guy that answers the phone should so he fired!
