5 stars I came in to GoHealth Urgent Care in Greenvale with a badly dislocated finger and was seen quickly by Dr. Julie Tang, who was absolutely amazing. She reset my finger with skill and confidence, and her bedside manner was warm and reassuring throughout. The staff was friendly and the overall care was excellent. If you need urgent care on Long Island, I highly recommend this place — and if you're lucky enough to be seen by Dr. Julie Tang, you're in great hands.

I brought my daughter in because she was coughing nonstop. Instead of focusing on her symptoms, the staff pushed for unnecessary tests that I did not feel were needed — and they all came back negative. The doctor barely examined her. He didn’t check her lungs or anything and sent us home after less than 10 seconds. My daughter is still coughing constantly, and we left with no real answers or care. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.

All three people who were on duty that day were very pleasant and professional. I was seen at my appointed time. Attention was paid to my concerns and i was proscribed a course of treatment that seems to be working.

Completely useless place there’s nobody in here the girl at the front tells me to do a mobile visit I’m telling her that my throat has green stuff coming out of it and my nose is bleeding. She tells me that the doctor will diagnose it through a video call. I guess The doctor‘s gonna tell me to shove my phone through my nose or my throat so they can see what’s going on completely useless over here do not come here go somewhere where they have a normal staff

Guys I food not stress enough do NOT GO HERE. I have ear pressure and they prescribed me this nasal decongestant. I all of the sudden developed the most painful sore throat I have ever had a the worst cold. I have never been in this much pain. 10000/10 pain level. What kind of certified nurse would do this and wouldn’t tell me about the side effects. I would rather the ear pressure than this. I had to take off work and I have non stop been crying due to this new sickness. Worst sore throat ever.
