My session with Rachel was excellent. She really takes the time to get to know you between the discovery call and the assessment asking all the questions to fully understand what you may need. It helps make the assessment feel so much more comfortable as well. She is able to give you immediate action steps and gives you a ton of valuable information during your conversations. I left feeling safe and confident in my body and knowing what to look out for with regards to my pelvic floor. Highly recommend to see Rachel for your pelvic floor needs!

My session was TOTALLY worth it, and Rachel is awesome! Her personality is inviting and her work ethic is TOP TIER! She's thorough, efficient and so helpful! SUPERB QUALITY! 100 out of 10 stars. I came in with tension in my pelvic floor area. I had a strained feeling in the muscles on the right side of my pelvic floor since my third trimester started. (Baby is favoring the right side a lot) Rachel was able to find the problem area and work on it. My muscles responded so well, and I felt the difference immediately! What a relief. Thanks again!

After my first pelvic floor appointment with Rachel, I felt motivated to begin doing exercises to get stronger. She set me up with clear, achievable but challenging goals that I could work on daily at home to strengthen my pelvic floor and core muscles. She's extremely personable and easy to talk with and great at explaining all the medical stuff in a way I could visualize and understand. She makes the experience comfortable and I'm glad that she was recommended to me for pelvic floor therapy. I'll be recommending her to others as well.

I was seen by Rachel for an evaluation in October. She was professional, knowledgable, and compassionate. I felt comfortable throughout our session. Rachel was able to provide appropriate information and treatment, refer me to additional resources, and answer all of my questions. Her office is clean, comfortable, and inviting. I feel hopeful that the treatment plan she has created for me will be successful in helping me to reach my therapeutic goals.

I reached out to Rachel while 22 weeks pregnant with my second child. I have been suffering from lower back pain and in preparation from another postpartum period, I wanted to make sure I was getting ahead of things and helping myself. Just from for our confirmation text, Rachel was personable and really welcoming. Our meet was informative and effective. Talking with Rachel was so comfortable and warm- on top of that, she was extremely knowledgeable and really gave me such valuable information. I look forward to our work together!
