I was impressed by Jessica who showed my brother and me around the facility. My brother pointed out how he thought people were friendly. I asked Jessica about some negative information I received from a family member about St Sophia. Jessica explained they were under new management since this month and the mission is to give quality care. My mother arrived and I will watch and post daily of her care, staff professionalisim and the quality of service she receives.

The staff was really amazing i received a tour from a young lady she was very friendly and pleasant. I didn’t see anyone on their phones it smelled good and it was clean. I knew i could bring my loved one there and they would be happy and cared about.

Everyone’s experience may be different 🤷🏽‍♀️! Can’t speak to others experience! But God has his hands around our family member & others there. Is it perfect, by no means no!! Show me where there is a perfect facility. Promise the smell does not knock you out the door when you ENTER OR WALK UP & DOWN THE HALLS! Be an advocate for your loved ones!!! Take time to bond with the staff & speak up! Hubby been to 3 facilities & trust this has been best for him & for us. Report concerns. They can’t improve matters they aren’t aware of. Give a chance to improve. They do care & there are exceptions. Cant just drop love ones off & keep going!! Come check on them occasionally or when it’s convenient & expect everything to be in order. We have to put the work in as well as the Staff People & Family! Als

Saint Sophia Rehab and Health is an extraordinary establishment in wound care, displaying a remarkable commitment to my fathers wound healing journey. Jackee showed exceptional expertise in wound management, she called me weekly with updates. Not only did she implement skillful treatment but also a genuine and profound dedication to ensuring the best possible healing outcomes. I cant speak for everyone, but I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

My sister is unable to take care of herself so something needed to be done. I know nursing homes have a bad reputation automatically. I thought it had to be better than the way she is living now. Oh boy I was wrong. First of all we made sure they knew what she needed and they said they could accommodate her. She lets them know she needs to go to the bathroom and she usually doesn't get help for hours and if she tells them again they yell at her and say " we said we are coming". Once someone told her to go ahead and go she said no I'm not going in my pants. Which when she does have an accident she has to sit in it for a long time. I know this is a long winded post but there is oh so much more I could say. There excuse is ALWAYS "we are short handed". We are trying to get her out but nobody
