AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!! Don’t go here . It is EXTREMELY slow . I showed up at 630 and they didn’t CHECK ME IN until 715am. Then when I got back there , I let them know I am sometimes a “difficult stick.” The woman used a butterfly needle; at my request, which I do appreciate . She got it first try - however; I started having a reaction where I started sweating and was about to faint, so she had to take it out . Then the next two times she poked me, the needle wouldn’t draw any blood. Then her colleague tried twice and she couldn’t get any blood out either , fishing around with the needle in my arm .. What a nightmare. I went to Samaritan , and they had it done first try not painful at all. I won’t go back to this place, it is insufferable.

This place has never been open at 7 like they are supposed to. At least not the few times I have come here. Im here right now at 7:10am waiting and no one is here. The door is locked. People are outside waiting with me. before when they did show up 15-30 minutes late THEN take an extra 10 minutes to set up they never apologized. Never said hi. Never said anything or acknowledged us. I highly recommend going elsewhere. I have only come the few times I did because I work close by but I am at the point where I will be going out of my way for better service.

I had to fast before having blood work so no food or drink for 12 hours prior. I got to the lab and there was a girl with long pink braids behind the desk. I walked up to the desk and the girl did not even acknowledge that I was standing there. There was not one single person sitting in the waiting room. So after a few minutes of standing there I took a number and sat down. I sat for 15 minutes without any acknowledgement still. I got back up and went over to the desk to ask what was going on and the girl looked at me and stood up and walked to the back of the office without ever saying anything to me. I suggest going somewhere else for bloodwork especially if you have to fast. Maybe they should have someone at the desk that actually talks to people and acknowledges them.

Absolutely a poor experience. Stated they never received the orders. Never bothered to thoroughly check for them or contact my provider. My provider had confirmation that orders were sent. Receptionist Soto has a bad attitude!

I have been to this lab for years and never had a problem till today! Husband and self had blood work to do and went in waited a few minutes for others were being taken care of. When everyone was gone I was called to check in since my husband is in a wheel chair I went to have him done first and the person behind the widows asked for a drivers license when I turned to get my husbands I gave it to her she asked for insurance cards, this person looked at me with a face that looked pissed! I hen gave her my cards and information, she then said I had an attitude! And if I didn’t like it I could go elsewhere! At this point I didn’t say one word just as she was handing my cards back I said I will go elsewhere but you can do my husband here is his cards! She became hostile and my husband told her
