Dr Bergmann is amazing! I took my father to see him and the thoroughness in which he handled my Dad's case was very impressive and so well done. He took the time to understand his needs, took the time to explain what was happening with my father's hearing and took the time to follow up with us. Now my dad has a new hearing aid and has seen a significant improvement. If you do decide to visit him, be sure to ask about how he got into this career - it is a great story! I’ve been seeing Dr. Victoria Harris at Capital Region Hearing for the past six years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. I recently went to Capital Region Hearing due to some hearing issues. I met with Dr. Patrick Bergmann, AuD and explained my concerns. He was very pleasant, affable and, above all, extremely professional. He intently listened to my descriptions and concerns, and fully explained what his assumed diagnosis was. He answered all of my follow up questions with the same degree of patience and thoroughness, even though I realized some were redundant on my part. He conducted a series of tests with the same patient and detailed manner as displayed in the interview portion of the visit. I think that Dr. Bergman and staff are very professional and caring. Making or changing appointments is very easy. I needed hearing aids and Dr. Bergmann was so helpful, friendly and explained everything making my transition so easy.
