Cooney & Tyner Orthodontics

Had my initial appointment with Dr. Cooney today at the Troy office. I was instantly welcomed by Jennifer & the staff to their beautiful state of the art office overlooking the mighty Hudson River. Jill was so knowledgeable with performing scans needed for Dr. Cooney to assess my orthodontic care. Not only did she explain everything as she performed the scans, but she was so sweet & kind throughout the process. Dr. Cooney does a very thorough exam of your teeth & gums with you after assessing your scans & immediately can give you a plan for your specific orthodontic needs. He covers everything you may need going forward giving you options available for your particular situation. All was done very efficiently & explained very well. The office is conviently located in Troy. Even easy to get to from Albany. It is a very nice and clean office with a gorgeous view of the river. The staff were all friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. We were instantly greeted and did not have to wait longer than 10 mins. They quickly put my son at ease through every step. The office uses the lastest technology, so there wasn't the horrible teeth impressions process. It was a quick digital imaging. Very cool to see and easier on the kids. We met with Dr Cooney. He has very nice, quick, and wonderful with my son. He made us very comfortable with the process, what needed to be done, and explained very well all the next steps. We are looking forward to working with the staff at Cooney & Tyner.

The whole office from checking in, assistants, Dr Cooney, to checking out is just so kind! This is my 2nd child with Dr. Cooney and I know it will be a wonderful experience!

I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Cooney and Dr. Tyner along with everyone else helping along the way. I had a tricky teeth situation, and as an adult I truly felt heard and supported throughout my Invisalign and braces. Not only did they help me obtain my seemingly unobtainable perfect smile, but I felt comfortable along the way and all of my questions were clearly answered. Jen D in particular is AMAZING- what a talented and kind individual. All the rest of the staff are exceptional as well. I would recommend Cooney & Tyner to anyone.

Both of my daughters had Invisalign and treatment at the Troy location. The staff was always so pleasant to work with both on the phone making appointments and in person. Dr. Cooney and Dr. Tyner are so knowledgeable and explain things clearly every step of the way. So happy with this practice and the results. Both have beautiful smiles and highly recommend!!
