Great doctors! Amazing care! Front desk could use some bringing in tactfulness…when you call to schedule they shame you for not being able to get in the next day…I understand it’s important for my animal but it’s also important for my animals owner to have a job…having some awareness and not shaming a good pet owner is literally basic decency…

Super disappointed in the changes over the last couple of years. We've been bringing our dogs to Miller's for about 11 years and absolutely love Dr. Brower. He has been amazing with both our dog. Well today im now sitting at the emergency vet because they couldn't get Huck in for an emergency appointment and the advice i got from the receptionist and the office manager was to take him to the Medivet clinic or emergency vet. What happened to taking care of your clients. I literally called at 8:40 am (they open at 8:30) and was told nothing was available. Not a good way to run a medical practice. Now we need to decide if we want to find a new vet or deal with knowing that Miller is now useless for anything other then annual appointments. Just super disappointed.

I love this office, I've been bringing my cats here for 33 years, and even when I lived home, our family used them as well. The care and attention they give you animals is second to none, and they treat you the same, with care and compassion. I live in Schenectady and will always make the 40 minute drive, all the doctors are incredible here. There is no waiting room so when you arrive, you call the front des, now located.in the small building next door, and wait in your car for them to come get you. Waiting rooms can be a very stressful place for our pets so being able to wait in your car with them is kinda nice! You pay right in the office with whoever helped you, they can schedule appointments and everything right there in the room. In my case, the office will emaile my cats surgery dat

Super kind, gentle, patient and personable vet, Dr. Wendy and vet assistant (I can't remember her name but she was lovely!). They treated my scruffy, stinky little rescue stray pup just as if he were a pedigree show dog! When I called with a med question, the receptionist was super helpful. I highly recommend this practice & pup pup is now a patient :-)

I live 40 minutes away and this practice is the ONLY place I would bring my babies to. In the past 5 months I have lost a dog and two cats which is overwhelming to say the least. However, this place truly cares about the patients they serve and their pet parents. I cannot say enough about the care and concern received from both Dr Brower’s and the new provider Dr Singh! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do and the compassion you show!
