They have a strict policy on respect towards staff. Which is great. the problem is that the receptionist take advantage of this and feel they can treat the patients any kind of way. I once responded to a rude staff member with, you didn’t have to be rude” and because of that I was reported by staff bystanders who couldn’t even hear their coworker speaking. A manager approached me afterward ROSA and I had to explain why I told her worker that she was being rude. On another occasion I came in and missed my appointment. The staff asked me if I wanted to reschedule which I said no I’ll call and walked out. I was reported again by a staff member for no reason. Now I received a letter of being at risk of termination for disruptive behavior . I urge cameras to be pulled. If this happens to yo

No matter if I have an appointment or not they always willing to see me I needed some paperwork to be filled out for another job they said their diligence and got it all taken care of I appreciate all the women that work in that office you guys are amazing keep up the great work
