St. Mary's Urgent Care

First time I have been here. Very modern and well maintained. The flow of patients seems orderly, and quick. My procedure was complete in minutes. I don't think I was here more than 20 minutes all together. Refreshing.

Terrible service and staff devoid of any compassion. CEO of this place... I hope you're reading these reviews!! 2.0 says everything about this place! Here is my encounter: Went for a visit with body aches and swollen tonsils with white patches. It took almost 3 hours between check-in, registration and to be seen. Everyone gave the aura of doing their dreaded job. Anyhow, the RN (doing her dreaded job) swabbed my throat incorrectly by gently touching my throat with the applicator instead of swabbing; the sample comes back negative (go figure!). The PA Evola P., comes in with negative swab news. I had asked for Ibuprofen 800mg which is the dose I always take for pain. There was an issue with my insurance and they needed it sent to an in-network pharmacy, which was not done. Then next day I g

These people are very caring and concerned about your health . They are the height of professionalism … the check in staff are very kind and caring people… this urgent care gets five stars from me and nothing less …finally , I thank them for taking care of me . The entire staff deserve nothing less than a Five star rating …I’m glad these sort of people are my neighbors.. to the entire staff God Bless you all and thank you

e never like to see our baby sick but we enjoy seeing Dr. Rao. Yesterday my son brought him a drawing from school and Dr. Rao told him he would save it because it’s going to be worth a lot of money when he becomes president someday. He makes every child feel important. I had him at his office when they opened yesterday morning because my son woke up with a cough and fever. He told us what to do and we went home and all day did what was instructed like clockwork. Last night around dinner his fever spiked to an extremely dangerous temp and after more medicine and a cold bath we couldn’t get it to go down. I called Dr. Rao who instructed we go to St. Mary's Rao Pavilion urgent care. Mind you this man’s name is on the building he does Gods work in this community. We got there about 40ish minut

The nurse was very nice. The PA wasn’t very helpful. He put his hands on my back after a work injury & said he could feel all the spasms… but had no treatment! I didn’t want pain killers, but was in so much pain!!!! Isn’t there an injection or some treatment to stop the spasms??? They didn’t do any radiology testing probably because it was an injury from work. I hope he documenting all the “muscle spasms” he could feel & see! He did recommend off loading using pillows to prop my body up to rest the muscles & not lean forward despite the pain as it puts more stress on the muscles. To be fair, I really hurt my back bad & the employer wasn’t voluntarily participating with my request for information for medical treatment. Maybe they didn’t want to not be paid by the employer.
