From the moment I walked in, despite how sick I was feeling, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the environment was. The reception area offered small comforts like a slushie machine, a Keurig, and even an arcade game, and the receptionist greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that immediately helped lift my spirits. The nurse who assisted me was polite, kind, and attentive. The physician assistant I saw was very understanding of my condition and took the time to address my concerns. I was even able to receive treatment on the spot to help ease my symptoms. Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience and far more comforting than other urgent care visits I’ve had in the past.

From start to finish, I've found this practice to be the best compared to other urgent care options in this area. Online registration is convenient, staff are very patient and friendly. Chelsea and Tyler were knowledgeable and caring with my sick children, and I learned new information about treating a cough vs. asthma properly. As soon as we walked in we were checked in and seen right away. I highly recommend booking appts online for convenient care!

Jennifer Defilippo is amazing, I came in on Monday with an infection in my teeth. I know they aren’t dentist but they still chose to see me. A lot of dentist offices are booked up even for emergency visits or aren’t taking new patients. Anyways, with everything going on, and with how much pain and discomfort I was feeling, Jen was the only positive experience I had all week. She was more than welcoming and she genuinely cares and loves her patients. I don’t think I have ever experienced being treated or spoken to by anyone in the medical field my entire life that was so genuine and caring. She really made me feel welcomed and cared about, please, please, please, recognize her. She truly is amazing, I really hope she gets to read this! I went to Well Now Urgent Care this past Sunday. The staff there is amazing! Chealsi is at the front desk greeting you with her beautiful smile. Then Abigail took care of getting me settled in a room never once making me feel like a bother to her. Then I got to meet Dr. Robert French he made me feel so comfortable being at a place I was not used to can be stressful in itself BUT not there. I feel they go far and beyond to make you feel as ease being there. I even got a discharge reminder to take my meds, relax and drink plenty of fluids. I have never got that from my real Dr. I highly recommend this place once again they are awesome there!!

Wonderful people here that treated me like family. Walked in and got registered easily, taken back and seen everything went like clockwork, no hassles, no rudeness, no pushyness, just overall quality people. I interacted with 3 people throughout my visit and the doctor examined my ankle and requested I come back the next day for xray, he was very knowledge of my bones and tendons and muscles with in the area of my foot. Labeling each part as he examined. I was very impressed. He was gentle and courteous, very nice man. Will gladly come back for the xray and to see these wonderful people again.
