I had a really wonderful experience with Amsterdam Oral Surgery!! The staff was very professional and extremely nice and accommodating. The doctors were fabulous very kind and caring. I had a molar that needed to be removed in the back of my mouth and my dentist yanked and pulled for 20 minutes and couldn't get it out leaving me in severe pain for a week! My dentist referred me to an oral surgeon in Albany, but my insurance was not covered, so I had to seek out another oral surgeon and this is who I found. My doctor sent a referral to them. I went for the initial consultation and they were fabulous. They got me in the following week and I have never ever had such great experience in my life! I did not feel a thing!!! There was no pain and even after the surgery it felt like I never had any

Was nervous about going under anesthesia to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed but the staff was very kind and helpful, walking me through the process and answering any questions I had assuring me everything would be okay. They called later in the day to follow up and make sure I was doing okay after surgery and gave a few tips for the pain/swelling. Definitely recommend

I had my wisdom tooth removed here and it was quick and painless. The doctor was fantastic and the office had such a great atmosphere. Truly amazing quality care! Highly recommend!

I have dental anxiety so bad, it’s been 8 years that these two teeth have been an issue for me and I’ve just been way too scared to get them taken care of. However after seeing how amazing they did pulling out a tooth that was stuck from my son’s mouth I decided to try a get mine removed. From the first appointment the nurses or dental assistant (not sure) answered all my questions a made me feel 100% comfortable. My consult and appt were two days apart. (They offered next day but I needed a day for anxiety) Day of my appointment I go in and from start to finish was maybe 30 mins and the assistant was amazing answered everything explained everything with detail and step by step both of them kept me informed and assured me the whole way. Awesome team here! I had to have all my teeth taken out and was so nervous I almost walked out! Nursers and even the dentist Dr.Weiss we're so calm and helpful! The one nurse even was rubbing my hand! That really helped because it showed me that they really do care! Next thing I knew I was out and in the recovery room! Amazing job on taken my teeth out! Very little bleeding and stopped before I even got home! Only a little sore which is normal of course but no more swelled up mouth! No more toothaches going from one side to the other! And the cherry on top I was short the 120 dollars co payment that my insurance didn't cover and Dr.Weiss let me wait until I could pay it over the phone when I got the money!
