A Perfect Balance Massage

Bridgette gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. She knew exactly where to focus and made the whole experience relaxing and rejuvenating. I left feeling amazing — highly recommend!

A second review, only because this one is for my high energy six year old son. I believe his massage was the longest he has ever stayed in one place while awake! He was chatting Bridgette's ear off a lot of the time while she worked, and she was happy to carry on whatever conversation he felt like having at that moment. He got the professional experience and loved every second of it- and I loved checking out the changes in her new shop! She was in tune with his needs the whole time. I have been going to Bridget for over a year now for routine monthly theraputic massage therapy for tension and stress relief This July I had a fall with a fractured left arm which required casting of my full arm for 3 weeks before cast removal and then going to a full arm brace for another 3 weeks. I had to reschedule my July appointment until I had the cast removed and Bridget worked with my positioning on the table as I was still in full arm brace and non weight bearing so movement of turning and getting off of the table was a challenge and Bridget was amazing with her assistance. My appointment today was without a brace, but very limited movement and range of motion of my left arm and shoulder due to 6 weeks of being immobilized. Bridgette was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was so calming. I felt relaxed the whole appointment. I often wake up with a sore neck, and the morning after my appointment I felt great!

Bridgette is 10/10 the best massage I think I’ve ever had. Lovely conversation and so good at her craft! Can’t wait to book again :)
