Last 2 appointments, 1st pa was supposed to reach out to another doctor about my neck problem for information, that was never done and they were supposed to reach out to my primary for a nasal spray wasn't done. I made appointment with primary and got the spray. These were supposed to be compliance appointments and some sort of sleep cognitive appointments, I canceled the sleep cognitive appointments because like I said nothing was done. The next appointment the pa didn't mention one word about it. And that's the type of healthcare I'm used to "indifference". Got an appointment for a year out for another compliance. The nurses and doctors at ST Mary’s are truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with compassion, patience, and genuine care. Every nurse took the time to explain what was happening, checked on me often, and made sure I felt safe and supported—never rushed, never dismissed. The doctors were knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring, answering questions thoroughly and treating me like a whole person, not just a chart. The last time I was at this place, was over 3 years ago, but the stuff I've dealt with at this place has bothered me since. I had my OB appointments here, as well as my first delivery, and it was a negative experience. The OB office screwed up my last appointment so my appointment card said one date (a one week appointment), but the computer said another (a two week appointment). I tried to explain to the one woman at the front desk, but all she did was smile at me and gave me an appointment card for the one in the computer, which was for 3 days after my estimated due date, and told me to have a nice day. I ended up going into labor as soon as I got home because of all the walking I did for nothing. We called the hospital 3-4 different times and they seemed to brush us off and made it seem

We had 4 different nurses. They were all very kind except one. You could tell she rather be anywhere else. I asked her to ballpark a time frame for us to be out of there because my 4 year old was getting antsy. I wasnt rude to her. She very rudely yelled back and said " Mam I dont know right now but you have to wait your turn, youre not the most important people here." I hope she gets spoken to. She made both me and my son very uncomfortable. The only defining characteristic is the large cold sore on her lip.

I had surgery at St. Mary's Hospital today and from the time I walked in to the time I was released to go home every nurse/doctor and the ladies that checked me in were professional and attentive helping me with anything I needed. They are truly caring and kind people who care about their patients. God bless everyone of them. Sincerely appreciate everything you folks did for me today. Thank you. Scott Ferguson
