St. Luke's Primary Care - Chalfont

This practice is horrible. I went in for an annual check up. Melissa was super impersonal. She ordered routine blood work and then after missing the call from her to discuss my results she refused to call me back and discuss them and demanded that I come in for an appointment. The office demanded that I pay for an appointment to go over routine blood work. DO NOT go to this office. You will not be treated well. I am sad that I wasted my time here. I want to add some advice for Melissa as well: it was very hard to read your facial expressions at our visit. I felt really uncomfortable sitting there. If you could smile more and make the patient feel welcomed and listened to, it would probably make your other patients feel more comfortable with you than I did.

I drove my friend here who is disabled and has no car of his own. As the gps could not locate the street my friend called for directions. We were then giving the wrong directions and as such arrived less than 10 minutes late. There was no one else in the waiting area when we arrived. We were then told that we would have to come back another time because we were late. If the office was busy this might have been expected, but as we sat there no one arrived at all. I spoke up for my friend who was simply going to leave and demanded they see us as no one was here and we were told the wrong directions. We were then told to wait 45 minutes as they were busy. I always have a wonderful experience when I see Dr. Tina Chuong. She is nurturing and caring, taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and she ensures that I understand everything and explores all options available to me. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. I truly appreciate her dedication and support!

Here's my first negative review on the internet, ever. Alongside my 18 year-old son, we made an appointment at this practice to transition him from pediatric care. The reviews for the doctors are glowing, which is rare. He did not get the opportunity to see a doctor, however, because we were 10 minutes late. We acknowledge the mistake and requested some grace as we had just endured a harrowing day of air travel earlier that morning, working on just a few hours of sleep. We also explained that my son had already taken the day off of work, as their new patient appointment windows are extremely limited. We asked if a truncated appointment was possible, as the main purpose of our visit was to have a vaccination form completed before college. We were denied and told, "policy is policy." Of note
