CHOP Specialty Care & Surgery Center, Bucks County

My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed here, and had the most perfect experience as a patient and parent! Couldn’t have asked for better customer service, the nurses made my daughter feel super comfortable, and Dr Borek was amazing!

We are absolutely satisfied with our experience with CHOP Ambulatory Center. We had circumcision procedure for my 1,5 year old son with Dr. Weiss. So professional, friendly and amazing doctor. Explains everything in details. The nurses are amazing. So polite, friendly and supportive. The facility is clean and organized. Everyone did a great job. Everything was done on time. Thank you so much CHOP for taking care of us.

Do not recommend. Not sure why CHOP gets the respect it does. The majority of physicians aren't even aware of new, safer, and more effective therapies. CHOP is in a bubble. Also. The ladies at the front desk are extremely miserable and rude, odd for a children's healthcare facility. I'm sticking with Advocare pediatrics, they are exponentially more competent when it comes to treating children effectively

Appalling experience with front desk at Chop Chalfont Specialty Care. I checked in 30 mins before my 12pm appointment and wasn’t seen until 12:40pm while waiting in an empty waiting room watching multiple patients who arrived AFTER me get seen by Dr. Rizzi. At no point did staff acknowledge that I’ve been waiting well over an hour nor concerned until after I had to inquire about my prolonged wait. The nurse inside the doctor’s office stated there was an oversight on their part. I implied to the front desk I wouldn’t mind waiting another 75 mins to schedule my child’s surgery to which they all laughed and didn’t acknowledge the wait I went through. Patients shouldn’t have to police their own appointments nor beg for information about the wait time.
