I love this office. The front desk staff are always so pleasant and as accommodating as they’re able to be with special circumstances. Dr Mitelman is so sweet and really gentle. She’s great with the anesthesia injections and has such a kind bedside manner. Always a good experience even with dental anxieties.

After searching for a dentist who accepted my current insurance I selected Bucks Dental Associates because of the wonder comments and background; particularly with regards to Dr. Satashia. After my visit today, I can (happily) attest the glowing comments about Dr. Satashia, her office team members, and this practice, are accurate and well-deserved! Outstanding ‘first impression’ and experience….attention to detail, expertise, and authentically pleasant. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible front desk. Made a new patient visit and this one lady is telling me that I literally shouldn’t bother coming in if my prior x-ray records are not all in 30 mins before my visit starts. Mind you, I did request records from a previous office and they needed an exact record from another office. Ok- I can work on that another time, is it not logical to forego an XR for one visit? I am asking if I can reschedule and she says no. She says they will just simply charge me $75 for a cancellation. The most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. I literally just cancelled by visit bc of this person. The providers should be aware of who this is.

High quality work, patient and professional. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful to speak with and worked hard to make sure I was able to get an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Patel did great work and made sure I felt no pain during my tooth extraction. She was clear and concise about the condition of the my teeth and what work needed/needs to be done.

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! I came in as a brand-new patient during a dental emergency, and they treated me like I’d been part of their family for years. From the moment I called, the staff was kind, understanding, and quick to get me in right away. When I arrived, everyone was so welcoming and compassionate. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and provided excellent care. It’s rare to find a team that’s both highly professional and genuinely caring, but this office truly delivers both. I’m so grateful they were there when I needed help most — I’ve definitely found my new dentist!
